San Clemente Sunrise Rotary organizes a twice-monthly beach clean up to remove trash and litter from the beach.
In addition to club members and their families this also is supported by non member volunteers from the community and students from middle and high schools that gain community service credit.
This is a great way to show Rotarians doing hands on work in the community.
Saturday, August 21, 2021 is Environmental Service Day where several Rotary clubs, San Clemente High School Interact Club and community volunteers come together to make a big impact on cleaning the beach.
